OlympiadCloud (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates olympiadcloud.com, an online olympiad exam practice platform for Indian school students. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address and display name provided at registration.
• Exam data: answers selected, time taken, score, and rank for each attempt.
• Usage data: pages visited, time on page, and browser/device type (via server logs).
• Payment data: billing amount and transaction ID. We do not store card numbers — payments are handled by Razorpay.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the exam platform.
• To calculate and display your score and rank.
• To process subscription payments and send receipts.
• To send transactional emails (password reset, exam reminders) — we do not send marketing email without explicit consent.
• To improve our question bank and platform features using aggregated, anonymised analytics.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with the following third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the service:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting and file storage.
• Amazon SES — transactional email delivery.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Exam attempt records are retained for 24 months to allow historical performance comparison. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a preference cookie to remember your theme setting. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Children's privacy

Students under 13 should only use OlympiadCloud with parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account without consent, contact us and we will delete the account promptly.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 14 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update the “Last updated” date when we make material changes. Continued use of OlympiadCloud after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
