1. Agreement

By creating an account or using olympiadcloud.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must also agree on your behalf.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions

  • Free accounts receive one exam attempt per calendar month at no charge.
  • Paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Share your account with other users or use any account that is not your own.
  • Use automation, scripts, or bots to access the platform or complete exams.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute exam questions or answer explanations without written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the platform's security or timer mechanisms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on OlympiadCloud — questions, explanations, software, and design — is owned by OlympiadCloud or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for private study only.

6. Disclaimer

OlympiadCloud is an independent practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) or any other exam body. Results on OlympiadCloud do not guarantee performance in any official examination.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OlympiadCloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
